Pre-Intern Blog
Luckily, I've had my internship ready to go since Christmas, when my aunt/boss Heather offered me a job at her company again and I readily agreed. I enjoy working with her, and the work that I've done so far has prepared me for many computer-based/call-based tasks and has also made me very qualified for various jobs.
My main project is to adjust the searches in a website run by her company. I'm not sure if the project will be able to last a whole 10 weeks with 5-7 hour days, but Heather is good at giving me random jobs that need to be done- so I'm down with that.
Another thing that I am hoping for when working is to get some pens. I don't know what happened to all the pens I got from her before, but I'm sucked dry- no writing utencils.
Her company is called True Marketing Group- she does her work out of her house, and she has a really nice partner who does work outside of her house in San Bruno.
